Pulsar Blue Tech Gear

Received this today. I have never seen it before. Anyone know about this watch or any other colors or variations?

The box says PYN001S. The instruction manual says Cal. W801. I can't find anything on it through Google. I'm guessing early-to-mid 90s.

Original Post
It reminds me very much of a Lorus "Marine Tech" Yacht Timer that I bought in 1993.

I sold this watch last year and I regret it, not because I loved the watch, but because it was an original that I bought new. It is very cool and has various timers designed for the yachtsman.

I cannot see your pictures but I have one, with manual I purchased years ago in Auckland, New Zealand. It is a Pulsar LC digital Quartz Alarm Chronograph with yacht timer, adjustable countdown timer and tachymeter. AO China, water resistant 10Bar Stainless Steel. Cal. W801-6020. This number is also a Seiko watch case number, but this is all I know.

Further info : The Calendar goes from 1992 to the end of 2041, I purchased it on 28th June 2000 from Michael Hill Jewelers, New Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand (& Pulsar Service Centre, North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand) with a Limited 3 year guarantee for Oceania. Its a great watch and still performs admirably.
